Return Policy

Grounds for Claims Consideration

We guarantee high quality of our products and thorough inspection of each item before shipment. Nevertheless, in case of manufacturing defects, we are ready to consider your claim subject to the following conditions:

1. The claim must be filed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. The product must not have traces of use, damage resulting from improper operation or transportation.
3. High-resolution photos of the defect from different angles must be provided.
4. The original appearance of the packaging and all accompanying documents must be preserved.

Claims Consideration Procedure

In case of manufacturing defects:

1. Contact us by phone or email within 14 days from the date of order receipt.
2. Provide photos of the defect and description of the problem.
3. After confirmation of manufacturing defect, we will offer replacement of the product with a similar one.
4. In case of absence of similar product in stock, we will offer an alternative solution or refund.

Please note: Minor deviations in color, texture or shape, characteristic of handmade products, are not considered defects.

• Electronic payments - through ERIP system, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Bank transfer - for legal entities

Shipping Methods

• Courier delivery - carried out depending on the country and type of transportation from four working days after confirmation of the order by the seller. Delivery cost is calculated individually depending on the country by territorial feature.
• Pickup - available at the address Belarus, Osipovichi district, agro-town Lapichi, Armyanskaya street, 1/29 by prior arrangement.
• Delivery terms and cost are calculated individually.

Delivery Conditions

All products are packed in special protective packaging that ensures safety during transportation. After transferring the order to the courier service, the delivery service is responsible for the safety of the goods.
